FINAL PEICE

Here is a final copy of my college magazine front cover.
Firstly, under the title I inserted a sub-heading saying "Education that counts". This is because I began to think about the dennotations and connnotations of my masthead. "ETC" in itself stands for etcetra, but because I figured it was a boring title without any connotations I made it stand for something. It is also now more relevant to a college magazine and gives it more than one meaning.

I also changed the colours of my headlines to make them more visible on the page. The darkish purple that they were before made the front cover lack colour and made it look dull.
Using a brighter colour makes them both easier to read, and appeals more to it's audience as it looks more interesting.

I altered the positions of my headlines aswell so that the page didnt seem to purposely structured. I want it to look professional but because it is aimed at teenagers it needs to look interesting at the same time, but trying not to make it look as though I had put them in any old place.

I have included the college details at the bottom of the page, like all existing magazines do, and also for the use of the purchaser.
