This masthead is so recognisable that it can even be identified when it is partly covered. Although this isn't the type of magazine i am going to be producing, it is a good example of how mine should look.
It must be:
. big
. at the top
. bold
. in your face
. relevant
. proffessional
The headlines on this magazine are relevant to a normal magazine like "Vogue" were as I will be producing a college or school magazine and i should therefore take into consideration that headlines like "The right swimsuit for your body type" will not be relevant for my use.
I should use headlines such as " HPV Vaccine" or "Highest grades ever!" because they will be suitable for the type of magazine im going to make.
