From this image of a college magazine cover, i gained that you dont neccessarily need one deffinate image of a student in the middle. This tells me that because of who it will be aimed at it MUST be appealing and look interesting! If it doesnt attract the audience it should it will totally lose it's purpose!
AFTER RESEARCHING COLLEGE MAGAZINE COVERS, I DISCOVERED THAT NONE OF THEM HAD A PRICE AND I THEREFORE DO NOT NEED TO PUT A PRICE ON THE ONE I WILL PRODUCE IN ORDER TO STICK TO THE TYPICAL COLLEGE MAGAZINE GUIDELINES.
